Part D Prescription Drug Plan

As a client of mine, you have two options for quoting a Part D Prescription Drug Plan:

  1. Complete and email me the attached Medication List form and I will secure quotes for you. This is a non-revenue service I’m happy to offer to all my Medicare Supplement clients.
  2. Alternatively, you can secure a Part D quote yourself following the directions below.

Step 1: Click the link below to begin quoting a Part D Prescription Drug Plan

https://www.medicare.gov/find-a-plan/questions/home.aspx

Once you’ve clicked the link, entire your home Zip Code in the Basic Search and click Find Plans

Next page, choose “I don’t know what coverage I have” and “I don’t know”

Also, Check “Yes” for would you like to add drugs?

Click Continue to Plan Results

Step 2 of 4: Enter Your Drugs

Type the name of your drug

Enter the name, a drop-down menu will appear to assist you

Once found, choose Dosages, Quantity, Frequency, and Pharmacy Type (retail)

Click Add drug and dosage

Repeat for each your medications

(Before you move to the next page, look to the right and find your Drug List ID. Write down this 10-digit number and password for later use if needed)

Once your list is complete, click My Drug List is Complete

Step 3 of 4: Select Your Pharmacies

Select two pharmacies nearest you

Click Continue to Plan Results

Check Prescription Drug Plans (with Original Medicare)

Click Continue To Plan Results

Step 4 of 4: Refine Your Plan Results

Select top option, Prescription Drug Plans (with Original Medicare)

Click Continue To Plan Results

Listed are your Part D coverage options. The first option is what you would pay for your prescriptions with NO Part D coverage. Below that, are your Part D Plan options from lowest annual cost to highest. Compare these options carefully and let me know of any questions.

You can choose a plan you like and Enroll right online.

If you would like assistance, email me your Drug List ID, Password and confirm your Home Zip Code. I will use this information to access your coverage options and offer recommendations. Please let me know of any questions. Thank you,

Medicare does not cover vision tests, eyeglasses, or contact lenses. Nor does it cover dental, including oral exams, teeth cleaning, or extractions.
